BTG is so proud of Sophia she graduated today!

I have had the honor of being a Community Health Worker alongside Sophia and her family for the past four years, since she was just 14 years old. Watching her blossom into a beautiful, strong, and resilient young lady at age 19 has been truly phenomenal.

Through our It’s Time Transitioning Program, Sophia received individual support and was connected to one of our partner counseling service offices to help guide her journey into adulthood and independence.

But graduation is only the beginning! Sophia still has more classes to attend and complete through our It’s Time Transitioning Program, including:
Career Goals
Financial Planning
Healthy Relationships
Overall Life Skills

These tools are designed to help our young Warriors transition successfully into adulthood with confidence, support, and purpose.
